Puppy Kindergarten (a STAR puppy class). This 6 week class includes socialization, weekly discussions about various topics from veterinary care to crate training, and an introduction to obedience and various obstacle courses.

The option to take the STAR Puppy test is available at the last session to add an official AKC title onto your dogs name!

New session begins: July 22nd at 7pm.

Outdoor Obedience

This is a seasonal class that is wonderful for strengthening your training!
Dogs have to work around real world distractions; vehicles, deer, other dogs, birds, squirrels - all the things that easily distract our dogs and make proofing that obedience that much more challenging!
These classes are never the same, we are always trying and training new things and adding distance and duration to existing skills.
Dogs must have completed a canine good citizen level class to attend these sessions.

These classes are held at my home on Sherburne road in Walworth and are also $200 for 6 weeks.

New session starting June 23rd, Mondays at 2pm. DAYTIME OPTION

Rally Obedience

Rally obedience is a super fun twist on regular obedience. In rally a course is set using different signs/stations that you walk through with your dog. Unlike typical competition obedience, in rally obedience competitions you are able to talk to your dog the entire time and praise your dog as you work through your course, making it a fantastic beginner friendly way to start competing with your dog. By far my favorite class! Every week is a new course and we work on new skills.

Classes are 6 weeks and $200 and run in 6 week sessions throughout the year, typically with a 1-2 week break between.

Novice/Intermediate Rally Obedience

  • Thursdays at 6pm - 2 spots open, new session starting July 10th.

Advanced/Excellent/Master Rally Obedience

  • Thursdays at 7pm, new session starting July 10th, 1 spot open.

Dogs must have completed at least a level one obedience class to join rally as it IS a more advanced obedience class.

Please note as you and your dog perfect each level of rally you will be moved up to a more advanced class (if interested and spots are available).

We have virtual testing every other month where you can compete (at the training center) for official AKC titles in rally obedience.

Fun Agility

This is a super fun class that really enhances the bond and connection you have with your dog - all while having fun!
This is a more active class so keep that in mind, you’ll need to be running with your dog. You must wear safe, closed toed shoes to this class (as you should always when training your dog). This class is really good for dogs that are a bit nervous as you work through various courses as a team.

Dogs must have completed at least a level one obedience class and MUST have a recall - dogs can also NOT be dog reactive in this class, unless you are willing to car crate between rounds.

Next session: Coming this fall - $250.

AKC Competition Obedience

This class is for handlers looking to compete in AKC obedience (also handy for rally obedience students) or just looking for that next level of engagement and focused obedience. Taught by Leanne Capozzi, owner of 3 OTCH (obedience championship) corgis and owner of the #1 Pembroke Welsh Corgi In lifetime OTCH points.

Sundays at 2pm starting June 15th. Clinic May 25th at 3pm.
